Thomas E. O’Hare
Managing Director, Concord Financial Advisors
Mr. O’Hare has over 20 years of professional experience in commercial and asset-based banking as well as private industry. His career began in Chicago in 1990 and the American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago in their widely-respected Commercial Banking Training Program. He spent 5 years there dealing exclusively with middle-market companies and their financing needs, specifically senior cash flow and asset-based transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million.
Mr. O’Hare also brings practical industry experience to Concord. From 2002-2004, he worked for Triad Foods Group and Creekstone Farms Premium Beef as their VP of Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Finance. Sister companies, they combined for nearly $300MM in annual revenue.
He has spent the majority of his career providing financing for middle-market companies at a number of financial institutions, including Associated Bank and Wintrust Financial as well as non-bank financing sources such as Transcap Associates (now Wells Fargo Trade Finance), allowing him to bring in-depth knowledge of the industry and its workings to the Concord clientele.
Mr. O’Hare grew up in Arlington Heights, IL and attended Loyola University of Chicago where he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He also has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
John B. Patience
Partner, Continental Advisors and Senior Research Analyst
Prior to joining Continental Advisors, Mr. Patience was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company advising financial services clients on a range of financial and strategic issues.
Mr. Patience has also worked in investment banking at Robertson Stephens and Goldman Sachs. In addition, Mr. Patience worked in private equity at Madrona Venture Group.
Mr. Patience received a B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Principal, TZP Group LLC
Nathan Chandrasekaran is a Principal of TZP Group LLC, a lower middle market private equity firm based in New York City and with an additional office in Seattle, WA. TZP is focused on investments in US based consumer and business service companies.
Previously, Nathan worked with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and served clients in the Global Investment Banking Group. During his tenure there, Nathan worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, Nathan was with the Business Strategy Group at inCode Wireless, a global wireless business and technology consulting firm, and began his career as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting LLP. Nate currently serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of DLT Solutions, LLC, The Dwyer Group, Inc, and BQ Resorts, LLC.
